Urogram for HTG Medical

HTG Urogram automates urine output monitoring at intensive care unit - where every minute and every piss mater.

While designing this device, I was very focused on understanding the environment of the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital. Observing, asking, testing — those impulses shaped the design direction and very much every detail.

Lumen is light, reacting on a pregnancy test. Forever reminder, of the moment, which changed you.

Overactive bladder is a very intimate health issue, where you experience constant urgency even when your bladder might not be full.

I designed the device for home care and improved the features of an existing device for hospitals. I also assisted during clinical trial organization and usability testing, and learned a lot about R&D in healthcare.

This cooperating also kicked of my passion for helping startups to grow.
